Year 8 Mission team AOW prep

Some of the Mission Team members met recently where they discussed the Words of the Week for the next two weeks, Inclusion and the Rosary. The Mission team’s thoughts on these words will be seen in our Collective Worship PowerPoints over the next two weeks.   

A small group focused on ways to make the work of CAFOD more informative throughout the displays in school.

Finally another group of students went to the cafeteria to discuss our Acts of Worship on the work of CAFOD. They did this with Susie, a Senior Prefect with a lead role in the Mission Team. In the build up to CAFOD harvest day on October 4^th we are going to focus on climate change and how it effects the growing seasons and harvests of many people around the world.
